Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs administrative and office support activities for the Site Leader and assist with other supervisors in a business unit, as needed. Work closely with multiple areas of the business (manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, sales and marketing, quality) to implement continuous improvement methodologies.
Essential Functions:
Schedule and maintain Outlook calendars for assigned group
Greeting guests in lobby.
Schedule internal and external meetings
Coordinate appropriate materials for meetings, appointments and presentations
Compile, create and maintain various reports, databases and charts using software applications
5S: Support 5S auditing and improvements in the manufacturing and office areas
Roadmap Execution: Assist in the execution of our continuous improvement roadmaps including
Pre –work: time observations, cell/bench design, material planning, data gathering, and analysis, general logistical support, and other tasks as required
Kaizen, Just-Do-It, and Project support
Post events follow up: Ownership or support of closing out actions from continuous improvement events
General event administration: Update newspapers, report out presentations, and team sites
Any other task assigned by supervisor or management
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience supporting a work group with administrative tasks.
Knowledge: High level MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Skills/Abilities: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and leadership skills; Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently; Demonstrated pro-active approach and flexibility with change
Education/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent
Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Executive or senior level administrative /project management experience in a business environment
BA in Business Administration or another related field
Top Benefits:
Salary range: $19.00 to $35.35. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
