You will work in a clean room production environment. You will do high reliability and high quality microelectronics assembly under a microscope, set up epoxy screen printer, place components using manual die placement equipment, and handling small components/waffle packs under the microscope. You will work in a Lean Manufacturing Cell environment.
2+ years Microelectronics assembly/die attach experience
Basic computer skills on MS operating system, Word, Excel
Experience working in a team based cellular manufacturing environment preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Special Work Conditions:
